Hi, I'm Lindsey Mandara.

A lot of people also know me as - Sweat Like a Mom.


Staying fit and healthy as a woman is hard enough. Staying fit and healthy as a mom takes things to a whole new level. 

After my 1st baby in 2017, I searched high and low on social media for women that would give me the motivation I was looking for to help me get back to my “pre-baby body

Staying fit and healthy as a woman is hard enough. Staying fit and healthy as a mom takes things to a whole new level. 

After my 1st baby in 2017, I searched high and low on social media for women that would give me the motivation I was looking for to help me get back to my “pre-baby body”. 

What I found were a lot of women that I could not really relate to anymore. They clearly had a lot more time on their hands as I no longer had 2 hours to spare at the gym or an extra hour to prep for dinner, so I had to get creative in my methods to reach my end goals.

But what I did find were a LOT of women in my same boat! So I decided to create @sweatlikeamom on Instagram to share all of the tips and tricks I learned along the way so that we could all thrive through this thing called MOTHERHOOD together.


In 2019, I came across a program called FASTer Way to Fat Loss, which was an absolute GAME CHANGER during my 2nd postpartum journey. Soon after my 6-week round, I became a certified FWTFL coach & have helped 100s of women change their lives ever since then.


Let's be honest...there's sweating...and then there's sweating like a MOM, which brings things to a whole new level!! #amiright

Areas of Specialty

Intermittent Fasting

Some people think intermittent fasting is just "skipping breakfast," but in reality that's not true at all. I teach you how to eat MORE food, just in a shorter eating window so that you can ultimately turn your body from a sugar burner into a fat burner, which is when you will start to see major changes to energy levels & overall body composition.

Macronutrients + Carb Cycling

It wasn't until I started implementing counting my macros & carb cycling (intentional variation of low & high carb days) that I saw & felt a huge difference in my body. This is truly the key to success if you are looking to make body composition changes. I help you reach your goals by giving you an individual macro plan based off your individual needs.

Fitness

After cheering in college & then becoming a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach, I've learned more than ever just how important moving your body really is. Our workouts are 30 minutes on average & can travel with you wherever you go! I like to call them the "no excuses" type of workouts. They are short but oh so effective...perfect for the busy mom!
